What is CollieGoGo?

CollieGoGo is an original plush IP brand creating soft, expressive companions for everyday comfort, collecting, gifting, and joy.

What kinds of products do you sell?

We offer plush blind boxes, collectible plush charms, full cases, and selected character-themed items from our original IP series, including KachaBear and Opps.

What is a blind box?

A blind box contains 1 randomly packed design from a specific series. The character inside remains a surprise until opened.

Can I choose a specific character in a blind box?

No. Blind box items are randomly packed, and specific characters cannot be selected unless a product is clearly labeled as an open-box or confirmed design item.

Are secret or chase editions guaranteed?

No. Secret, chase, and super secret editions are randomly inserted and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated on the product page.

What is included in a full case?

A full case contains multiple sealed blind boxes from the same series. If a secret edition appears, it may replace one regular design, depending on the series rules.

Are your products suitable for gifting?

Yes. Our plush products are designed to be collectible, giftable, display-friendly, and easy to carry on bags or keychains.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to United States. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and service level selected at checkout.

Can I return a blind box after opening it?

Opened blind box items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
